Doctall is a full-circle digital healthcare provider offering comprehensive primary health care and secondary medical services accessible to everyone, anywhere. We serve all those looking to improve their well-being by providing access to local and international, high-quality healthcare services; at a range of price points that suit everyone.
The Doctall app and website give you access to quality healthcare online, as well as accurate health information available on your phone, tablet, or computer. You can book an appointment or drop-in for immediate consultations with local and international doctors and specialists. Consultations cover a myriad of illnesses and can be conducted in English or your preferred local language- Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba or Pidgin English.

Doctall’s service hours are 8am – 10pm Monday to Sunday. You can access the Doctall platform from anywhere in Nigeria using your mobile, tablet or PC – all you need is connection to the internet.
No, unfortunately our doctors do not currently provide this service.
We have a large panel of certified General Practitioners (Medical Officers) and Specialist Consultants, based both locally and internationally. Experienced in a wide range of primary and secondary healthcare, our doctors cover a diverse spectrum of conditions, from common ailments through to chronic diseases.
Please remember in the case of an emergency you must always visit your nearest emergency health facility.
To get started, download the Doctall app from Google Play store for android devices click here or App Store for iOS devices click here and sign up.
You can also access the Doctall web app from our website (using the Google Chrome browser) but this will limit your experience, hence we encourage all users to access the platform via the app on their mobile device or tablet.
If the app isn’t working, please perform the following steps until you find a resolution that works for you.
- Exit the app and force it to close
- Clear your app cache
- Restart your phone
- Check for any app updates to ensure you are using the most recent app release
- Uninstall and reinstall the app.

Our web app supports all major browsers but we recommend using Google Chrome for the best video experience.

Make use of the ‘Forgot Passcode’ feature on the Login screen and follow the instructions to reset your passcode. (Remember, your passcode is a four-digit number).
To update or edit your personal information, please perform the following steps:
- Login to the Doctall app
- Swipe left to reveal sidebar
- Select Health Profile
- Fill necessary fields under the Personal, Medical, Lifestyle and Observation segments
- Click update to store your changes
Yes, you have the option to add relatives to your personal account. Your relative will be able to login to an account associated with yours after a profile has been created by you.
Please note that you cannot have more than one account yourself. This is to ensure that your health profile, information and history provide a full accurate picture of your personal circumstances so that your consulting doctor can provide you with the most appropriate advice.
We have a large range of services that are diversely priced to suit everybody – from seeing a Nigerian medical officer without an appointment for N1,500 to booking an appointment with an assigned doctor for FREE with a 4 hour wait time. You can also book any doctor or specialist of your choice through the Find a Doctor/Specialist feature and pay the doctor’s specified fee.
As part of our commitment to making healthcare more inclusive and accessible you will find our prices to be extremely competitive across all our services, and you will notice that for critical services such as testing and diagnostics, and pharmaceutical drugs, we are often considerably cheaper than our supply partners.
Although we recommend that you book an appointment in advance by logging in to your Doctall account, you do also have the option of queuing (online) to see the next available doctor through the See A Doctor Now feature..
Yes, you must be connected to the internet, whether over Wi-Fi or mobile data, to use the Doctall service.
Make certain your connection is strong and stable when meeting online with a doctor to ensure an uninterrupted, high-quality consultation.
Please follow the steps below:
- Try switching your connection to a different network, e.g. you can switch from mobile to Wi-Fi connection or switch in between different Wi-Fi networks etc.
- Try finding a specific area in your locality where your connection is best. You can do this by testing internet speeds at https://www.speedtest.net/
- If your internet is so poor that you think it will impact the quality of your call, you can reschedule the call for a future date where your internet connection may be better.
Yes, you can grant your doctor access to view your health records. You can also share additional information and other relevant documents with your doctor before your appointment.
Please be assured that your health notes are stored in a secure cloud environment and can only be accessed by your Doctall doctor at the time of your consultation. However, you can access your own health records whenever you wish and we encourage you to not only upload all relevant historical medical information and documentation for safe storage, but to ensure you keep your health profile and health notes regularly up to date.
At Doctall, your personal information and medical history is important to us and we take great pride and responsibility of caring for it. We respect your privacy rights and are committed to protecting any personal information collected about you.
Doctall employs industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all personal data sent over the internet from your devices to the Doctall server. All documentation and information are kept on a secure server and is protected by a firewall – which is routinely monitored for security breach attempts.
You are able to reschedule your appointment for free and / or cancel the appointment for a full refund, if you make these changes more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment you will not be able to reschedule your appointment and if you wish to cancel, you will not be eligible for a refund.
You will get an SMS and email reminder from Doctall 15 minutes before your appointment. The video icon for your appointment will become active 5 minutes before your appointment and will remain active for 10 minutes even if you are unavailable to join the call.
However, if you open the Doctall app after the video icon becomes inactive, you can book a new appointment.
Your doctor will spend as long as is necessary with you during your consultation to ensure that you are fully satisfied and all your queries and concerns have been addressed. In the unlikely event that your doctor needs to leave the appointment prior to it being concluded, she / he will schedule a mutually convenient time for the appointment to be resumed and completed.
In the event that your call is disconnected mid-consultation, your doctor will try to re-initiate the meeting. If she / he is unsuccessful due to continuing connectivity issues, the doctor will then call you directly on your mobile number to complete the consultation.
Doctall does not record patient consultations, and further forbids patients from recording consultations (using third party software) as this is in breach of our privacy policy and more specifically in this case – the doctor’s expectation of privacy.
No, Doctall is currently only available between 8am to 10 pm from Monday to Sunday.
After a consultation on Doctall, your doctor will issue you with a downloadable e-prescription where necessary. The prescription will be automatically added to your list of orders and you can view and purchase the recommended drugs from Doctall Plus. Drugs purchased on Doctall Plus will benefit from discounted prices and will be dispensed by any of our pharmacy partners you choose, either through collection in-store or through their delivery service.
You are, of course, free to visit any pharmacy with the downloaded prescription for your drugs to be dispensed if you do not wish to purchase the drugs on the Doctall platform.
Yes you can order Over-the-counter (OTC) drugs on Doctall and have them delivered to you or pick up at the partner location you ordered from
